- Description:
Duties will include but are not limited to:

- Maintain a systematic approach for ink formulation, ensuring consistent quality and performance.
- Conduct comprehensive testing of ink properties including adhesion, durability, colour, rheology, and cure speed.
- Work closely with raw material suppliers to stay abreast of the latest technologies and innovations.
- Maintain detailed records of ink formulations, testing results, and production procedures.
- Prepare technical data sheets, safety datasheets, and other necessary documentation.
- Assist in the scale-up of ink formulations from lab scale to production.
- Troubleshoot production issues related to ink formulation.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations related to UV inks.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in ink formulation processes.
- Key Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Polymer Science, Material Science, or related field. Minimum 7 years of experience in UV ink formulation. In-depth understanding of pigment dispersions, polymer chemistry and UV curing mechanisms. Hands-on experience with laboratory equipment relevant to ink formulation and testing.
