Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and ability to think outside the box.Proven experience 3 to 5 years as a Marketing Manager (Car care experience is a plus) or similar role, with a track record of successfully developing and executing marketing strategies.Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketingExcellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze results, and make data-driven decisions.Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and marketing software/tools
