Responsibilities & Context

Check accounting transactions, petty cash, bills, and vouchers daily.

Ensure proper recording of accounting data in the Oracle system.

Ensure service point bank reconciliation on time.

Check service point VAT-related activities and ensure timely submission of returns.

Ensure financial records are kept up-to-date with the latest transactions and changes.

Review series of procedures of Purchase orders from corporate suppliers.

Any other task assigned by higher authority as and when required.
