We are seeking an experienced AI/ML and MLOps Field Engineer to join our global team at Codento. As a key member of our Field Engineering team, you will be responsible for helping global companies adopt AI and machine learning technologies using the latest open source capabilities on public and private cloud infrastructure, Linux, and Kubernetes. Key Responsibilities
Design and deploy AI/ML infrastructures, data processing pipelines, and multi-cluster distributed training
Work closely with customers to understand their business requirements and advise them on the best solutions for their needs
Collaborate with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic relationships with key customers
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and data engineering, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and growth within the company
Travel internationally to attend company events, customer meetings, and industry conferences
Requirements
Exceptional academic track record from both high school and university
Undergraduate degree in a technical subject or a compelling narrative about your alternative chosen path
Experience in data engineering, MLOps, or big data solutions deployment
Experience with a relevant programming language, such as Python, R, or Rust
Strong business acumen and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and partners
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
Proficiency in Linux, virtualization, containers, and networking
Knowledge of cloud computing concepts and leaders, such as Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, GCP
Passion for technology and a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and data engineering
