Job Description Responsible for maintaining and controlling the General Ledger and analyzes the business transactions of the organization. Provides guidance for the interpretation of the Accounting standards and ensures existing Company policies and procedures are implemented to safeguard the Company’s assets and resources. Ensuring the timely and reliable booking of monthly receivable and loan related transactions that are in accordance with the latest accounting standards Ensuring the timely and reliable booking of fixed assets related transactions that are in accordance with the latest accounting standards. This will lead to accurate computation of asset’s depreciations as assets under constructions are transferred to completed assets on time Providing accurate cost of inventories, which is one of the major assets of the company Reporting accurate balances for cash and general ledger accounts for cash flow and investment planning purposes Providing technical support to carry out Division’s needs and requirements Minimum Qualifications Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy Certified Public Accountant Knowledge of basic Microsoft applications – MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint Able to communicate ideas, concepts and processes clearly Good work attitude Additional requirements Willingness to work long hours Must have strong work ethics Must be organized and self-starter Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable Prudent in dealing with sensitive and confidential information Minimum Experience On-the-job training experience Similar Jobs (1)
