About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled ASIC Library Characterization Engineer to join our team at Bosch Group. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for the characterization of standard cell and custom cell libraries, generating the latest library formats with cutting-edge tools and methodologies. Key Responsibilities
Create and develop timing/power/noise libraries for standard cells and custom cells at voltage ranges down to near-threshold in latest statistical library formats.
Ensure high-quality library deliverables to support the "First Time Right" of our IC Designs.
Collaborate closely with the analog and digital teams to understand design requirements, block-level specifications, and circuit documentation.
Work in an international and globally distributed team of experts to develop and implement library characterization methodologies.
Support the continuous improvement of our library characterization process.
Requirements
High level of enthusiasm, creativity, and willingness to work in international and interdisciplinary teams.
Effective team player with a focused and independent working style.
3-5 years of industry experience in library characterization, including LVF libraries, with expertise in LVF-based timing sign-off, 40nm or below, Cadence Liberate or Synopsys Silicon Smart, STA with Synopsys Primetime or Cadence Tempus, and scripting skills (perl, tcl, python, etc).
Proficient English language skills.
Degree (M.Sc., B.Sc.) of electrical engineering or equivalent with outstanding results.
