Desired Skills & Experience: Proven retail management experience preferably within womenswear fashion Successful track record in people management Solid understanding of retail operations Stock management exposure Excellent customer service and communication skills Good problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet Responsibilities: Leading a team of 8 with the support of an experienced Store Manager Running all day-to-day operations, leading the store on Sunday - Monday in your Store Managers absence Driving in-store sales and KPIs to achieve targets Maintain stock levels, ordering and replenishment of stock Action visual merchandising changes reflective of promotions and new season launches Create a warm and successful team ethos If you love fashion and are passionate about retail and would like to be a part of this rewarding company then APPLY NOW.
