Drive Key Performance Indicators (KPI) results for your Store.
Achieve consistency and cohesive brand image through red carpet employee onboarding, training and education.
Cultivate and grow a strong team of Floor Supervisors, Style Advisors and Retail Operations Associates.

Ensuring operational efficiency in your store by following BOH guidelines and leading your Retail Operations Associate effectively.
Responsible for celebrating wins in addition to conducting constructive feedback with regards to sub-standard performance.
