The Role

We are seeking a Full-Stack AWS Cloud Developer to join our dynamic team in Joensuu, Finland. In this hybrid role, you will play a key part in developing AWS native distributed and scalable cloud solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable cloud native solutions on the AWS platform, utilizing tools such as Lambda, Fargate, OpenSearch, and DynamoDB. Collaborate on frontend development of the solutions.
• Continuously seek opportunities to optimize database design and application performance.
• Leverage existing data sets to create new products or enhance existing services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest AWS technologies and best practices to drive innovation and efficiency.
• Contribute to the adoption of modern Agile software development practices and tools within the team.

• 3+ years of engineering experience with a focus on AWS cloud development.
• Strong proficiency in Python or Java, and Typescript.
• Fluent frontend development skills with modern frameworks, e.g., React.
• Skills to evaluate and enhance performance of solutions.
• Ability and willingness to engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest cloud technologies.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a collaborative mindset.
• A positive attitude and an innovative mindset.
• Familiarity with modern Agile software development practices and tools.
