We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Software Engineer to join our Emerging Propositions team in Helsinki. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and operating software systems that enable unique customer experiences on a massive scale. Key Responsibilities
Design and develop software systems using Java, Kotlin, and other relevant technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technological solutions.
Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve the quality of the codebase.
Contribute to the growth and development of junior team members.
Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the industry.
Requirements
Strong command of Java, Kotlin, and SQL.
Knowledge of software patterns and paradigms such as continuous integration, test automation, and deployment pipelines.
Experience in specifying, planning, and developing microservices and data pipelines.
Knowledge of Cloud Platforms such as AWS and Kubernetes.
