• Main Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics, data models, and other strategies to optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
• Drive the execution of data analytics initiatives efficiently, ensuring completed and qualified data within project timelines.
• Collaborate with business units, IT teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure data capture, understanding, and translation for data analytics.
• Apply the most appropriate analytics models and tools on the HAECO Enterprise Data Platform to ensure business decisions and process improvement opportunities are captured.
• Ensure the incorporation of latest and cost-effective technologies into HAECO analytics.
• Maintain a balance between data privacy and business needs for analytics, accuracy, and performance.
