**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and coordinate the design, plan preparation, and documentation for diverse engineering works.
- Implement and ensure compliance with CAD standards across all projects.

Engage with project teams and stakeholders, providing specialized advice and technical input.
- Project Management and client interactions of smaller jobs.
- Routinely review and improve design solutions for effectiveness, quality, and alignment with client specifications and industry standards.
- Stay abreast of latest industry trends, techniques, and technologies and contribute to ongoing team improvement.

**This Role Will Suit Someone With All or Some of the Following Background / Experience / Qualities**:

- Mastery of CAD and 12D civil design software.
- A relevant tertiary qualification
- Previous experience in managing the design and documentation for engineering works, preferably in the land development sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the capacity to manage diverse stakeholder relationships.
- Self-starter with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Adaptive and dedicated to continuous learning, keeping pace with the latest industry developments.
