Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Craft and execute impactful marketing strategies that boost brand visibility and engagement across digital and traditional channels.
• Manage our social media platforms, creating mouth-watering content that showcases our cake’s varieties.
• Lead market research efforts to keep our strategies fresh and informed by the latest trends and customer preferences.
• Design promotional materials and campaigns in collaboration with our team to ensure brand consistency and appeal.
• Measure and report on the success of marketing initiatives, using insights to steer future campaigns.

We are Searching for Someone With:

• A degree in Marketing, Business, Food Science and Technology or related field.
• Proven marketing experience, especially in roles that required creativity and digital savvy.
• A dynamic, creative individual who is passionate about baking and innovation.
