**Responsibilities**:

- To deliver agreed sales KPI’s for the store - these KPI’s will focus on sales, ATV, UPT, conversion and CRM
- Able to provide an excellent customer service, meeting company standards at all times
- Assist with all daily operations, working along with colleagues and being able to maintain an impeccable floor, stockroom and VM

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Fragrance / Beauty/ Luxury Retail Experience
- Be assertive, dynamic and always have a can do and positive attitude
- Fluent in French, professional English is preferred.

**Offering**:

- Salary up to €28 500K depending on experience
- Commissions scheme + Benefits
