The Role

We are seeking a Cloud Engineer to join our dynamic team in Finland. In this role, you will be building agile cloud projects and solutions to support our offerings. You will be gathering and joining data from a multitude of systems to support company decision making.

Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable cloud native solutions on the AWS platform, utilizing tools such as Lambda, S3, CloudWatch, and DynamoDB.
2. Query and join data from various systems to build reports to support decision making.
3. Leverage existing data sets to create new products or enhance existing services.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
5. Stay up-to-date with the latest AWS technologies and best practices to drive innovation and efficiency.
6. Contribute to the adoption of modern Agile software development practices and tools within the team.

Requirements:

1. 1+ years of software engineering experience.
2. Strong proficiency in Python or other scripting languages.
3. Good understanding of relational databases, e.g., PostgreSQL.
4. Experience with data manipulation tools is considered a plus, e.g., pandas.
5. Ability and willingness to engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest cloud technologies.
6. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a collaborative mindset.
7. A positive attitude and an innovative mindset.
8. Familiarity with modern Agile software development practices and tools.
