We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Solutions Architect to join our team at UpCloud. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in architecting customer solutions and providing pre-sales cloud expertise to drive business success. Key Responsibilities
Architect customer solutions using your expertise in cloud architecture and technical sales.
Provide pre-sales cloud expertise to customers and internally to help the team close deals.
Collaborate with our sales, product, and development teams to drive continuous improvement.
Represent UpCloud at tech community events and ensure our offerings continuously evolve and improve.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proficiency in leading and steering technical discussions with customers.
Ability to understand customer requirements and resolve their issues through technological cloud solutions.
Demonstrated ability to strategize effectively across business, product, and technical challenges.
Experience working in international environments and collaborating with customers from diverse geographical backgrounds.
Strong expertise in IaaS within Linux/Windows-based server environments.
