About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and helping them to achieve their goals. Key Responsibilities
Provide timely and effective support to clients via phone, email, and chat
Assist clients with product-related issues, providing solutions and guidance as needed
Act as a product expert, staying up-to-date on the latest features and functionality
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall client experience
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and goals
Requirements
Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a technical or financial services environment
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
Strong product knowledge and technical skills, with a willingness to learn and adapt
Fluent language skills in English, with additional languages a plus
