Summary: The Product and R&D Team are currently developing a new product: EVOIA Cyber. It is an IDS / NDR (Intrusion Detection System / Network Detection and Response) solution.

In this context, we need a Cybersecurity Expert, specialized in the market and in product (OT) security, to provide us with his/her experience, strategy and expertise.

Essentially, we are looking for enthusiastic people willing to work in an Agile team, using the latest software tools and techniques, developing industry-leading products with the latest open-source technologies.

Duties & Responsibilities:

·Lead the cybersecurity strategy by providing your expertise in IT/OT field and manage the evolution of the solution.

·Analyze the market and customers’ needs and requests, especially with the Solutions Consultant, to implement them in the specifications.

·Monitor threat intelligence and also generate threat intelligence data from network traces, papers and any available sources.

·Handle cybersecurity regulations leadership for the Business Unit – NIS 2 and Cyber Resilience Act. Participate to meetings with regulators.

·Be part of an Agile team where you can improve your skills and work collaboratively.

·Be part of an international environment (international clients and R&D teams based in Nantes, Turin and Cairo).

·Frequent travel, usually within Europe (around 20%).

Pre-Requisites / Skills / Experience Requirements:

Hard Skills:

·Strong experience in the definition and/or development of a Cybersecurity product’s architecture.

·Good knowledge of telecom and Industrial domain protocols.

·Good knowledge of cybersecurity issues/market (SANS or CISSP certification welcome).

·Good knowledge of ISO 27xxx family and IEC 62443.

·Understanding the use of the state of the art components (Elastic Search, Kibana, etc..), and Linux.

·Fluency in English and French.

Education/Experience :

·Engineer/IT degree.

·+/- 10 years’ experience in general.

Soft Skills :

·Curiosity about innovative technologies.

·Pedagogy and experience in coordinate teams.

·Taste for teamwork and achieving great projects.

Desired but not essential:

·Experience in a telecoms company.
