About the Role

As a Danish Language Expert, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and support to clients in Denmark and other Danish-speaking regions. You will assist customers with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless communication between the company and its clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality language support to clients in Denmark and other Danish-speaking regions
• Assist customers with inquiries and troubleshoot issues in a timely and professional manner
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure exceptional service and support
• Collaborate with the global team to achieve business objectives and goals
• Stay up-to-date with the latest IT solutions and services to provide expert advice to clients

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Experience in customer support, consulting, or a related field is preferred
• Strong understanding of IT solutions and services
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Willingness to learn and stay updated on the latest technologies
