JobOverview:

The role of Creative Technology Director at Digitas is a unique blend of strategic and hands-on responsibilities, requiring exceptional knowledge of AI and its applications in creating interactive and engaging experiences.

This position involves working closely with multi-disciplinary teams to conceptualize, prototype, architect, plan, scope, estimate, build, and deliver world-class marketing campaigns and product experiences for clients.

As a Creative Technology Director, you will be responsible for leading technical research and prototyping to find the right technologies according to client needs and business context, designing, architecting, planning, scoping, and estimating creative technical solutions.

Your key responsibilities will include leading and managing the digital/tech team to deliver innovative and high-quality campaigns, developing and implementing strategies that utilize the latest technology, including AI, to enhance advertising efforts and customer engagement.

You will also collaborate with various teams, including creative, design, production, and external parties to create AI-driven, interactive campaigns, staying up to date on the latest AI trends and advancements, and how they can be leveraged into our creative concepts.

Core Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage the digital/tech team to deliver innovative and high-quality campaigns.
  2. Develop and implement strategies that utilize the latest technology, including AI, to enhance advertising efforts and customer engagement.
  3. Collaborate with various teams, including creative, design, production, and external parties to create AI-driven, interactive campaigns.
  4. Stay up to date on the latest AI trends and advancements, and how they can be leveraged into our creative concepts.
  5. Provide technical oversight and guidance during the development of AI-driven projects.
  6. Evaluate and implement new creative technologies, especially in relation to AI.
  7. Be responsible for the production of polished, high-quality creative, ensuring deadlines are adhered to.

Qualifications:

  1. Tertiary qualifications.
  2. 10+ years of experience within the advertising industry of which two years were in a senior capacity.
  3. Successfully conceptualize, prototype, build, and deliver unique world-class experiences for our clients on time, at scale, and with great results.
  4. Successfully place yourself as a key and necessary member of the creative team for all types of briefs and clients.
  5. Conceptualize and prototype, at speed, unique digital experiences alongside other creatives.
  6. Successfully bring in new technology revenue streams.
