Job Summary As a Digital Media Coordinator at Cyberbacker, you will be responsible for setting up and managing our social media presence across various platforms. This includes creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and analyzing engagement metrics. You will also be expected to stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.
Key Responsibilities • Set up and manage social media Business Pages on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn • Create and schedule posts to drive engagement and promote online brand awareness • Respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner • Analyze engagement metrics to inform future content decisions • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices
