Responsibilities
• Drive exceptional and consistent customer experiences across all retail stores in your District • Achieve quantitative measures of performance in various areas such as sales, conversion, and payroll expense • Cultivate and grow a strong team of committed store leaders • Oversee operational practices and meet sales targets • Identify and provide feedback on factors impacting the business • Implement and embed Scoop Academy in the District • Recruit, hire, and schedule the store leadership team • Assess and secure additional training needs • Build genuine connections with customers and provide feedback to management • Embrace individuality and deliver world-class customer experiences • Lead, develop, coach, and inspire store teams • Ensure adherence to store standards and execute new store plans
Requirements
• Vibrant colorful personality • Strong sales ability with proven results • Experience in retail management for at least 5 years • Business acumen and people-oriented • Solution-oriented mindset • Must have a work permit
