  • Work with Director of Retail to develop and execute strategic sales plan to increase sales.
  • Achieves quantitative measures of performance in the following areas: sales to target, conversion, average invoice, sales per hour, and payroll expense as a % of sales.
  • Cultivate and grow a strong team of committed store leaders.
  • Achieve consistency and cohesive training across all locations through red carpet employee onboarding, training, and education.
  • Oversee operational practices making sure that each Scoop location runs smoothly while meeting projected revenues and sales targets.
  • Identify and provide feedback on all factors impacting business, including but not limited to economic, cultural, and legal conditions.


GO TEAM SCOOP – WE WORK AS A TEAM IN ALL OUR TASKS

  • Accountable to creating a thriving culture in all stores and in the district. A culture where staff are passionate about creating genuine connections and lasting relationships with our customers.
  • Complete implementation and embedment of Scoop Academy in the District.
  • Accountable for assessing and securing additional training needs required for optimal performance within the district.
  • Oversee the recruiting, hiring, and scheduling of the store leadership team. -Accountable for ensuring stores are recruiting, hiring, training of all staff.
  • Monitoring schedules and ensuring that payroll to % of sales is within budget.
  • Oversees and responsible for the development plans of the people in the district.
  • Drive coaching culture through feedback.
