Are you studying film or have a background in hospitality? We’re looking for energized people wanting to share their love of cinema with guests, who always look for opportunities to go the extra mile. The more practical stuff: Customer service experience is a must – not necessarily in cinema. The successful candidate will have management experience leading small teams and is an individual who constantly strives to be the best in the biz They will also have: Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries helpfully and professionally. Great time management and the ability to cope under pressure. Understand and feel comfortable with budgets and KPI’s. Food handling experience plus food prep experience is advantageous, but not required. LCQ or General Manager’s Certificate preferred, but not required.
