Responsibilities
Lead the implementation of the SAP Payroll system, including system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
Analyze and understand business processes and requirements, and ensure they are accurately reflected in the SAP Payroll implementation.
Develop and maintain project documentation, including system specifications, implementation plans, test scripts, and user manuals.
Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into functional and technical specifications for the SAP Payroll system.
Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure they are prepared to use the new SAP Payroll system effectively.
Stay updated with the latest SAP Payroll updates and enhancements and ensure they are considered during the implementation process.
Work closely with the IT team to ensure seamless system integration and data integrity during the implementation.
Assist in the resolution of any issues or queries that arise during the SAP Payroll system implementation.
