The Electrical Engineer is responsible within the own specific discipline for the system’s design and constructability, in terms of conformity to customer/regulatory requirements, quality, time schedule and budget. Explore your tasks and responsibilities The Electrical Engineer has the responsibility to: Develop, within the own specific discipline, design according to the Client’s requirements and latest state of the art solutions and applicable standards and norms Maintain a thorough knowledge of the on the market latest technical solutions, materials and equipment Provide input to CAD operators to carry out the design Indication of equipment characteristics and requirements Developing of sized single line diagram and distribution layouts Prepare the design documents (narrative, specifications, equipment list, cable list, boq, etc) Deal with suppliers to provide technical requests and check/evaluate offers Carry out value engineering activities unless differently requested Record own working hours Provide design reports to Design Manager to inform about status and progress Verify on site the results of the design (possibly during commissioning) carried out Show your expertise Electrical Engineering Degree Three years experience in a similar role Technical knowledge of the following disciplines /systems: Power supply MV/LV Transformer MV and LV Power Distribution VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) UPS (Uninterruptable Power Supply) Diesel generator Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced working environment Speak and write intermediate English and Italian About the company Exyte is a global leader in design, EPC & engineering services and delivery of facilities for high-tech industries. #J-18808-Ljbffr
