About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electronics Application Specialist to join our team at Arrow Norway A/S. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical expertise and solutions to our clients in the electronic components sector.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical guidance and support to our clients, enabling them to make informed decisions about the latest electronic components and technologies.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with Electronic R&D departments across our client base in Norway, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and challenges.
3. Collaborate with development engineers to select cutting-edge electronic components and technologies for their upcoming designs, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
4. Stay up-to-date with the latest training and developments in the electronic components industry, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and growth within our organization.
5. Engage in diverse and exciting development projects, applying your technical expertise to drive business success.

Requirements:

1. A degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field, with 2-3 years of experience in the components or electronics industry.
2. A strong understanding of the business side of technology, with experience working with customer or supplier companies.
3. Fluency in Norwegian and English, with a preference for candidates residing in or willing to relocate to the Stockholm area.
4. Availability for frequent business travel, including 2-3 days a week within Norway and 10-20 days a year internationally.
