Marketing Automation Specialist

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop and execute email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo and Mailchimp to drive engagement and deliverability.
* Design and implement email automation, including welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, and other customer lifecycle campaigns.
* Segment email lists and create targeted email campaigns to improve open rates, click-through rates, and overall ROI.
* Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve email marketing strategies.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure email content aligns with broader marketing objectives.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest email marketing trends and tools.
* Conduct A/B testing to continuously improve campaign performance.

**Requirements:**

* Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Klaviyo and Mailchimp.
* Proven track record of creating and optimizing email automation.
* Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation and personalization.
* Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions.
* Proficiency in A/B testing and email performance analytics.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.
* Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
* Familiarity with email compliance regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
* Experience with eCommerce and retail email marketing.
* Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email design.
