Oracle System Maintenance: Assist in the administration, configuration, and maintenance of Oracle databases, applications, and related technologies. This includes performing routine backups, monitoring system performance, and ensuring data integrity.
Technical Support: Provide support to end-users and internal stakeholders for Oracle-based applications. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, address user inquiries, and escalate problems to senior team members when necessary.
Development and Customization: Collaborate with developers to design, code, and test Oracle database objects, SQL queries, stored procedures, and other technical components to support business requirements.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Assist in data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes. Create and maintain reports using Oracle tools and technologies to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
System Integration: Work with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle systems with other enterprise applications, third-party tools, and data sources.
System Documentation: Create and update technical documentation, including system configurations, installation guides, and troubleshooting procedures.
Pharma Documentation: Create and update Pharma related all documentation like (SOP, EOP, MOC, RA, CAPA, Report, Deviation etc.)
Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle technologies and best practices. Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your technical skills.
Project Support: Assist in project planning, execution, and testing phases. Collaborate with team members to achieve project milestones and deliverables.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify training.
Prepare reports on training activities, participant feedback, and program effectiveness.
