Job Title: General Manager
LATEST TECH SOLUTIONS CORP. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our organization to success. Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Strategy: Establish and implement organizational policies and programs, allocate resources, and authorize the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions.
Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews, establish financial and administrative controls, and approve promotional campaigns.
Communication and Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, and delegate representatives as needed.
Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, attention to detail, and a large workload.
Personal Suitability: Excellent interpersonal skills, oral communication, written communication, and organizational skills.
Workplace Information: Hybrid work arrangement, permanent position, English language, 30 hours per week.
