1. 15+ years of experience in project management and business unit leadership, with a proven track record of success.
2. Proven ability to work with contractors and clients, building strong relationships and delivering results.
3. Experience in mentoring and developing staff, with a focus on growth and development.
4. Strong business development and relationship management skills, with a ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
