The ideal candidate will have expertise in assessing individuals beyond CV qualifications, as well as proven ability to understand client needs and match them with the skills of potential Interim Managers.

Key responsibilities include identifying potential Interim Managers for client assignments, proactively building and expanding the network of Interim Managers, and developing talent management processes and tools.

• Responsibilities:
• Identify potential Interim Managers for client assignments by collaborating with partners, conducting searches, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
• Proactively build and expand the network of Interim Managers by scheduling interviews, defining key competency profiles, and engaging and attracting potential candidates.
• Develop and maintain effective talent management processes and tools, including utilizing AI and latest technologies to enhance workflows and improve database management.
