• Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge and stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends.
• Provide exceptional customer service by identifying customer needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with the local team and consultants to ensure seamless site follow-up and coordination.
• Report to the Fashion Director and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
• Work closely with the team to achieve individual and collective sales targets while delivering exceptional guest experience.
• Stay abreast of the latest fashion trends, social media, and market developments to provide expert advice to customers.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Oversee the operations of The Emirates Beauty Hub and provide personalized beauty and fitness advice to customers.
• Ensure seamless coordination between internal departments to deliver exceptional customer experience.

• Proven experience in fashion consulting or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
