Plan and implement FCC’s diversity and inclusion initiatives
In-depth knowledge of Employment Equity act and related policies and regulations
Deep understanding of diversity and inclusion practices
Strong research skills to stay current on latest diversity and inclusion trends
3-5 years work experience in field of employment equity, diversity and inclusion
