**We are expanding our FSI, FinTech & Eminence Team in Milano and we are looking for a FinTech Researcher to join our dynamic team.**

**The FSI, FinTech & Eminence Team is part of the Chief of Staff team for Deloitte Consulting, supporting the partnership in eminence activities & special projects. Having the opportunity to make an impact, working in a dynamic context, and dealing with issues close to top management.**

***

**As an individual, you will have numerous learning and growth opportunities since the role requires following closely the latest research and developments on FinTech.**

**YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

***
**Being part of the FSI, FinTech and Eminence Team in Milan, your work will be in three pillars: research, learning and eminence development. As a FinTech researcher, you will be responsible for**:
***
- **Searching, identifying, and analyzing latest FinTech related research**
***:

- **Following the latest trends and developments in FinTech Globally**
***:

- **Following and reporting the results of various observatories on FinTech**
***:

- **Analyzing and synthesizing the insights collected, and reporting back to the team**
***:

- **Preparing talking points and providing insights to the partnership on various fintech pillars**
***:

- **Producing articles and reports on FinTech topics**
***:

- **Contributing in Deloitte research and Deloitte reports**
***:

- **Collaborating with various teams within Deloitte but also externally, with valuable members of the Italian FinTech ecosystem**

**OUR REQUIREMENTS**

***
- **Master or higher degree in FinTech field**
***:

- **Research experience in FinTech related topics**
***:

- **Excellent knowledge of English (written, spoken)**
***:

- **Copywriting skills and problem-solving mentality**
***:

- **Strong analytical and researching skills**
***:

- **Genuine curiosity, passion and self-motivation**
***
