Job Title: Floor Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Floor Manager to join our team at JD Sports Fashion Denmark ApS in Fields, Copenhagen. Key Responsibilities:
Provide visual support to the store, engaging customers through creative product placement and utilizing the latest fashion trends.
Lead the entire team on the floor, be the first point of contact in personnel matters, and motivate and support all team members.
Create window and in-store displays while maximizing store profitability through enticing visual concepts.
Ensure excellent levels of customer service, support and deal with customer complaints and inquiries, and maintain the personal appearance of the sales team in line with company guidelines.
Utilize in-store devices to offer customers the whole product range and use reports to assist in product placement of key selling lines.
Attract, engage, and motivate customers into making purchases in-store by using the latest visual techniques and provide assistance with the maintenance of standards on the sales floor.
Encourage, develop, and motivate personal progression throughout the store, provide assistance with the induction and training of new joiners, and assist with the development of existing staff.
Requirements:
Retail Supervisor experience is advantageous.
Excellent time management skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, and IT skills - Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
