JD Sports Fashion Denmark ApS is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Floor Manager to join our team in Copenhagen.

Role Overview:

As a key member of our in-store team, you will be responsible for providing visual support to the store, engaging customers through creative product placement and utilizing the latest fashion trends. You will lead the entire team on the floor, serve as the first point of contact for personnel matters, and motivate and support all team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visual Merchandising: Attract, engage, and motivate customers into making purchases in-store by using the latest visual techniques.
• Customer Service: Provide customers with excellent levels of customer service, support and deal with customer complaints and inquiries, and ensure the personal appearance of sales team members is in line with company guidelines.
• Sales: Ensure that targets are achieved and, where possible, exceeded, support and motivate staff service levels to maximize store sales, and utilize in-store devices to offer customers the entire product range.
• Training and Development: Encourage, develop, and motivate personal progression throughout the store, provide assistance with the induction and training of new joiners, and assist with the development of existing staff.

Requirements:

• Retail supervisor experience is advantageous.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
