Responsibilities

1. ????Develop user-facing blockchain applications for the eToro user
2. ????Maintain existing applications written in Next.js, TypeScript and Tailwind
3. ????Advise the rest of the team on latest advances in full-stack development
4. ????Stay up to date on blockchain development
5. ????Help extend and improve testing coverage of new and existing applications

Required Qualifications

• ????Practical experience using TypeScript or JavaScript
• ????Practical experience with frontend development (preferably in React/Next.js and Tailwind)

• ????Experience in participating in a cyclical and planned, but also dynamic and occasionally spontaneous, research-driven development culture.
• ????Experience with or interest in finance and trading systems, and a personal interest in blockchain-related technologies.
• ????Operational experience with staking for Proof-of-Stake based blockchains, like Ethereum or Cardano.
• ????Solidity and knowledge/experience with EVM semantics and smart-contract design
• ????Functional programming experience and/or programming language design
• ????Familiarity with DevOps operations, including:
  • ????Kubernetes with Helm, Azure and Vercel
  • ????ELK Stack, Jenkins, DataDog, Pagerduty, Prometheus
