**Main Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that all shipments - both inbound and outbound - are processed according to local and DHL Network standards in a safe and secure manner
- Activate the standard and agreed process flows in daily operations to satisfy the customer needs and requirements
- Process inbound and outbound material according to the latest processes and procedures
- Ensure that all relevant equipment is operating and take corrective actions when equipment fails
- Keep the process area clean and tidy and make sure it is ready for the next process cycle
