The Position
As a Global Talent Program Partner & OCM at Novo Nordisk, you will: Partner with our Global Talent Program Lead to plan, develop, and deliver global talent programs to fast-track the growth of our high-potential employees and leaders. Drive change management activities related to our talent programs and the Global Talent & Succession team in general. Organise project teams, assign responsibilities, develop project schedules, and determine resource requirements. Apply essential project management tools and methods.

You will collaborate and engage with colleagues across the globe to ensure we understand the business needs and incorporate the latest industry trends in the design process.

Qualifications
To be our new Global Talent Program Partner & OCM, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications: Relevant academic degree in HR, Organisation, Psychology, Business Administration, or similar. Experience and solid knowledge of change management and communication. Interest in data and insights to the latest trends within both the talent space and change management. Experience working in a large, and preferably global organisation. Excellent English language skills. 

As an individual, you possess strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. You are capable of thinking strategically about talent management and succession. Additionally, you have strong project management skills and excel in managing cross-functional projects. You possess the ability to provide clear goals and purpose for the project as well as the project team members, ensuring that everyone is on the same page and working towards a common objective.

The Global Talent & Succession team is part of our global Talent, Learning and D&I COE and is on a mission to drive change and maximize individual potential to the benefit of the business and ultimately our patients. We own the global talent and succession philosophy and strategy and are focused on ensuring we have leaders fit for the future with the right skills, at the right place at the right time.
