Qualifications
To be our new Global Talent Program Partner & OCM, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
As an individual, you possess strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. You are capable of thinking strategically about talent management and succession. Additionally, you have strong project management skills and excel in managing cross-functional projects. You possess the ability to provide clear goals and purpose for the project as well as the project team members, ensuring that everyone is on the same page and working towards a common objective.
About the Department
The Global Talent & Succession team is part of our global Talent, Learning and D&I COE and is on a mission to drive change and maximize individual potential to the benefit of the business and ultimately our patients. We own the global talent and succession philosophy and strategy and are focused on ensuring we have leaders fit for the future with the right skills, at the right place at the right time. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues across the globe and make a difference in talent management. You will be able to put your mark on how we approach talent and succession in Novo Nordisk and ensure we are a company recognised for its ability to be a talent factory with focus on both development and retention.
