Guidewire Tech Lead (Policy Center, Claim Center, Integration) - ACE Certified
Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee the implementation of Guidewire Policy Center, Claim Center, and Integration solutions. Serve as the subject matter expert for Guidewire platform architecture, design, and development. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope. Provide technical leadership to project teams and ensure adherence to best practices and standards. Design and develop Guidewire integrations with third-party systems and external data sources. Perform code reviews, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide guidance for resolution. Mentor junior team members and facilitate knowledge sharing sessions. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Guidewire technologies and recommend innovative solutions. Requirements: Minimum of - years of relevant experience working with Guidewire Policy Center, Claims Center, and Integration (ACE certified). ACE certification in Guidewire Policy Center, Claim Center, or Integration. Proficiency in Guidewire configuration, customization, and integration techniques. Strong understanding of insurance domain concepts and processes is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
