The Nordic Brand & Customer Marketing Manager will report to the Nordic Marketing Manager and to be responsible for planning and execution on customer marketing activities across Helly Hansen categories within Sportswear and Workwear in the Nordic market. It is expected for this role to plan and lead Key account relationships as a business partner to regional S ales M anager s as well as to customers, driving M arketing initiatives for sustainable sell-through results . In addition, this role will fully be in the lead as the day-to-day contact for Workwear in the Nordics.

Key responsibilities: Act as a business partner to the Nordic sales team & execute marketing plans in alignment with the company focus & growth plans (DTC & Wholesale) Support to build plans and execute on the marketing mix for the Nordic markets Responsible for the Customer activation marketing budget for the Nordic markets Support sales and marketing in seasonal launch meetings and prelines with Key Accounts Plan and develop sustainable sell-in & sell-through programs together with Sales teams and Key Accounts for online and instore application Drive programs to earn Key Account employee buy in and sell through via employee training, pro deal programs, sales contests and other sales driving mechanisms Activate the key regional brand partnerships (teams, organizations, ambassadors, etc) to support asset generation & storytelling through DTC, Key accounts and other customer platforms Support to plan & execute on local events (Sailing regattas, Outdoor events, Ski World Cup Events, etc) Support the development and distribution of marketing materials for tech clinics & staff trainings Lead the planning, merchandising and setup execution of national Trade Shows Being regional lead marketing contact for Workwear Sales & Product teams and Global Marketing Manager

Experience/Skills: University degree or similar in the field of Marketing/Business 3-5 years working experience within Marketing Sales Experience / Sales oriented POV Strong verbal & written communication skills in English & Norwegian Strong presentation skills Good skills in Adobe Creative Suite and MS-Office, especially in Power-Point Willing to multitask and work under pressure, with ability to prioritize effectively Solid project management and coordination skills Understanding of the retail and sporting goods environment Experience with digital & in-store customer campaigns Strong operational knowledge of marketing tools and tactics and the skills to align resources to achieve objectives Having a passion for the outdoors, skiing and/or sailing Experience from the Outdoor Industry is a plus Having a holistic view & understanding of importance of sales and marketing collaboration Adaptable to changing demands and circumstances
