- Do analyse for company structure, job analysing and job evaluation
- Facilitating communication among employees and company
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice
- Ensure all HR procedures are complied with Indonesian labour regulation
- Maintain a positive working environment within the company.

**Requirements**:

- Proven previous working experience in managerial position as Human Resource and related position
- Experience handling Organizational Development
- Update with latest trends in human resources management
- Experience in legal related with HR would be a plus.
