Job Responsibilities:
You will be part of the HR management team that conceptualise, design, develop and deliver effective people management/ development policies, systems, and processes to attract, motivate and retain talents.
Depending on your experience and area of expertise, you will provide leadership and implement effective strategies and programmes covering areas in recruitment, performance management, employee relation and employee services.
Requirement
Degree preferably with post-graduate qualification in HR.
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
Strong leader with the maturity to deal with a broad range of challenges and proven track record of managing and developing teams
Sound knowledge of labour and industry relations laws and practices
Healthcare experience will be an added advantage
