CONTEXT
We are looking for a budding communication specialist to help the Richemont Group internal communication team in delivering a wide range of communication objectives for a 6-month internship.
One of the key responsibilities of this role will be to assist us to have the best approach to both ongoing and reactive communication, ensuring colleagues are aware of the latest events, initiatives, projects and updates from the Group.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
Produce high quality content for employees to learn the latest messages.
Produce and publish content in French and English on our intranet.
Use graphics, video, photography and/or and other assets to give messages as much impact as possible – graphic design experience is a big plus.
Knowledge of the latest social media practices, able to turn those into impactful communication to reach broad audiences.
Able to follow up with local colleagues to ensure the embedding of the latest messages across various channels (i.e. Group intranet, local screens, internal social media - yammer).
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCESS WITH US?
BA or master’s degree in communication, media, journalism, digital media, Public Relations, graphic design, or other similar field.
Preferable, previous internship in the field of communication or Public Relations
Required computer software skills: Proficiency in PC-based Adobe Creative Cloud along with proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 basics; Word, SharePoint, and PowerPoint. Video making skills a plus.
Creative thinker, in tune with the latest trends on and off the screen.
Ability to work both independently and as part of the wider internal communications team.
Good time-management skills.
Willingness to learn and optimize the translation of complex information into concise, engaging videos.
Work on several projects simultaneously from concept through completion.
Detail oriented with good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent French and English – German is a plus.
Internship agreement with your school/university mandatory.
Available for a 6-month internship with a start date 15.03.2024.
