Job Responsibilities: Support senior management on the latest local market practices for credit risk strategy and monitoring; Work with business to define risk appetite, design the credit risk policies, and create feedback loops to continuously monitor and refine the framework; Assess business and regulatory impact of any risk initiative or change in risk strategy; Support in credit modeling;  Analyze customer profile and identify opportunities for credit portfolio.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:   Knowledge of the Brazil landscape, available tools and controls for Retail Banking; Experience in monitoring and evaluating retail market portfolio; Experience in evaluating credit risk and credit costs; Knowledge of the Brazilian requirements for Risk management; Knowledge of modeling and analytical tools and concepts; Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to create strong partnerships; Fluent professional English and Portuguese; Minimum 6-8 yrs experience in Retail Credit Risk team.
