Position duties:To advise and guide Management and Employees on Labour Relation mattersEnsure that company’s Disciplinary and Grievance policies are applied fairly and consistentlyManage relation between Management and recognised UnionTo ensure legal compliance of all HR policies and proceduresTo develop new HR / IR policies and proceduresTo stay abreast with latest industry developments that would infleunce workplace relationshipsPartake in cross functional HR related duties to ensure department running efficiently and effectivelyPosition requirements:Tertiary qualification in the field of Human ResourcesAt least 6 years working in a HR environment in the manufacturing environmentKnowledge and experience with IR activities such as disciplinary and grievances and Union activities of at least 4 yearsWorking with trade unions and shop stewards
