Reporting to the IT Service Desk Manager, you will be responsible for working within the service desk team to provide effective, professional, and courteous customer support and service across the enterprise. You will be part of an exciting work environment, enjoy competitive remuneration and will be part of a supportive team. You will get to play with the latest technologies Microsoft has to offer, including Microsoft 365, Azure and Windows Servers/workstations. You will be an experienced service desk professional with proven technical proficiency in many, if not all, of the elements within our ICT environment.
