Job Responsibilities:

• Ensuring that computer systems and networks operate efficiently
• Maintain and resolve troubleshoot quickly and effectively if problems occur
• Provide support in terms of installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software.
• Ensure the availability and performance of computer systems and network
• Responsible for the procurement of company hardware and software

  Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in IT / Computer Science
  • Minimal 1 year of work experience in related position
  • Good in English
  • Good knowledge at operating systems (Windows, Linux, or MacOS)
  • Experienced in troubleshooting and technical skills in software installation, network configuration, and hardware
  • Have a good communications skill maintenance
  • Fast learning and keep up with the latest trends and innovations in technology
